The objective of the extraordinary regularization process is to provide an immediate and guaranteed response to the situation of hundreds of thousands of foreign people who are already in our country.

CHARACTERISTICS

The authorization granted will be for residence with the ability to work throughout the national territory and in any sector.

 

The authorization granted has an initial validity of one year.
After that period, individuals must be incorporated into the ordinary categories provided for in the Immigration Regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

To prove continuous residence of at least 5 months at the time of application and to have resided in our country before December 31, 2025.

 

Lack of criminal record in Spain and the country of origin.
